White oak trees, already a century old, were used to construct barns in the early 1900s. These structures have yielded historical material which we turn into beautiful hardwood flooring. This wood’s characteristic tight growth rings and aged tannins result in some of our most distinctive flooring.

FLOORING CONSIDERATIONS
CHARACTER/GRADE Solid wood flooring is an organic material and as such, natural variations in grain and color pattern should be expected. Please allow an extra 10% material waste for on-site installation. Prefinished floors will have small open knots and non-structural checks filled with black epoxy.
