As pickling industries move to stainless steel vats, we’re harvesting giant olive, pickle, and pepper tanks. Our reclaimed, tank stock cladding is created from planed-off, reclaimed skins salvaged from tanks across the midwest.
CLADDING CONSIDERATIONS
CHARACTER/GRADEÂ Fillable characteristics include stable or small open knots, nail and bolt holes, insect marks and pin holes, and non-structural surface checks. Natural variations in grain and color, wear patterns, textures, and, in some instances, saw marks are expected. Pronounced wear patterns, scarring, and nail holes, some slight overwood can be expected.
