Sourced from Wisconsin and Minnesota forests, Urban Evolutions’ cherry flooring and cladding is available in either solid or engineered and distinguishes itself with its elegant grain pattern and rich auburn tones that deepen over time.
The engineered floor is backed with exterior grade plywood, uses a proprietary adhesive and a 3/16″ wear layer. Shown here with a clear matte finish. Class A fire treatment available.
FLOORING CONSIDERATIONS
CHARACTER/GRADE Solid wood flooring is an organic material and as such, natural variations in grain and color pattern should be expected. Please allow an extra 10% material waste for on-site installation. Prefinished floors will have small open knots and non-structural checks filled with black epoxy.
